Case summary

I have concluded that Ms Frahm's claims are not bound to fail, and that the claim is not necessarily limited to one half of the net value of the property [8]. Whether or not she establishes a joint tenancy in equity depends entirely on the evidence to be given at the trial. It is impossible to say at this stage that she cannot succeed [9].
